The <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Service&#8217;s main objective is to be a valid and effective tool for budget planning and management, as well as for the administration of the University&#8217;s assets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">It is divided into the following major areas of activity:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/presupuestoypatrimonio.umh.es\/presupuestos-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Budgets:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a><img src=\"https:\/\/presupuestoypatrimonio.umh.es\/files\/2023\/09\/ICONO-abre-en-nueva-ventana.png\" \/><\/span><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> Responsible for the management and administration of the Budget Cycle in its phases of Planning, Preparation, Management and Settlement of the Budget; providing information to the governing and representative bodies, the budget officers, and administrative staff who participate in the management.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff\" href=\"https:\/\/presupuestoypatrimonio.umh.es\/patrimonio-e-inventario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Heritage and <\/span><\/span><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Inventory:<\/span><\/span><img src=\"https:\/\/presupuestoypatrimonio.umh.es\/files\/2023\/09\/ICONO-abre-en-nueva-ventana.png\" \/><\/a> <\/strong><\/span><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> It is responsible for the management of Heritage Files and Patronage, as well as the Inventory of the assets and rights that make up the University&#8217;s Heritage through the corresponding processes of registration, modifications and disposal of assets; it checks and periodically updates the list of all existing assets through the appropriate physical counts; it keeps all interested parties responsible for the Organic Units informed of the situation of the assets assigned to their unit; and it provides appropriate data for incorporation into the University Budget.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 60px\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Budgetary and Asset Management Service of the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche is a key component for organizing the university&#8217;s budgetary and asset management, facilitating the development of appropriate processes, regulations, advice, and training in its areas.
