Heritage and Inventory : is responsible for managing the inventory of assets and rights that make up the University’s heritage, through the corresponding processes of registration, modification and deregistration; it periodically checks and updates the list of existing assets through timely physical counts; it keeps all interested parties responsible for the different Organizational Units informed of the situation of the inventory affecting their unit; and it provides timely data for incorporation into the University’s Budget.
